So after making a giant Valentine's chocolate bark we had lots of chocolate and sprinkles left over! I am a bit of a marshmallow monster and slightly addicted to eating marshmallows so our cupboards are always got a bag of them stashed away.
To make some cute valentines pops you will need:
- Valentines paper straws
- Heart sprinkles
- Pink sprinkles
Push the paper straws through the middle of the marshmallows making sure not to push all the way through.
Break up the chocolate and melt in a bowl either over a saucepan or in a microwave. Dip your marshmallows into the chocolate.
Add sprinkles to a plate or bowl and dip the marshmallows onto them, stand in a cake pop holder or on a plate. Place in the fridge to harden and cool for a few minutes.
They are now ready to give as a gift or eat yourself! Yummy!
